Return and refund policy

• Due to the nature of mystery kits, all sales are final.

• Refunds are only available if an item is defective, damaged, or missing from the order.

Returns

To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product:

1. Contact us at themystery.kit@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage.

3. If approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
